RO101 – Basic algorithm with Vex 123
Ages: 5 to 7
Length: 12 sessions, 1 hour each
Description
In this course, young learners become familiar with the coding concept. They learn to code the 123- robot using touch to control movements and sounds. They also learn about sequences, logic and problem-solving. Learners progress to using coding Cards and the VEX Coder to control the 123 robots. They learn actual programming away from tablets and computers. In the next step, learners use VEXcode with Drag & Drop blocks to code the 123 Robot, which is powered by Scratch 3.0.
