Description

At STEMA Learning, kids will enjoy all aspects of STEAM Education which include coding, robotics, digital arts, and so much more. With our subscriptions plan, students can come once or twice a week at their convenience during our opening hours.

WHAT KIDS WILL BE LEARNING FROM OUR ALL-IN-ONE PROGRAM:

  • Computer programing: learn block-based coding to make interactive stories, animation, and games. Children as young as five can start learning coding to develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills. We have block coding with no/little text for pre-readers to begin with. They will move into more text block-based coding and pure text-based coding (Python, JavaScript) at higher levels. This builds a strong foundation for kids to understand and become familiar with computer programing and technology, as well as introduces them to the IT and software development field.
  • Robotics: Use math, science, and engineering concepts to build robots, machinery, and structures. Students apply their coding knowledge to program their machines and robots.
  • Digital Arts: Become familiar with 3D design and 3D modelling, storytelling, and movie production. Students create their designs in a 3D platform and have their designs printed out.
  • Computer Literacy: HTML/CSS for Web development, Web design, Presentation, Spreadsheet, Business Plan, Survey, and Questionnaire (for older kids)
  • Arts and Crafts: Our cardboard robot course combines both arts and engineering concepts. Kids will be working with different materials, prototype testing and constructing functional machines, robots, and structures.
